Future Buyers will pay the Purchase Price this way
1. Reservation Fee
The Fee will be settled after signing the Reservation Agreement according to the amount of Purchase Price.

| At a Purchase Price of 2.000.000 up to 2.999.000 CZK | Reservation Fee of 150.000 CZK |
| At a Purchase Price of 3.000.000 up to 3.999.000 CZK | Reservation Fee of 200.000 CZK |
| At a Purchase Price over 4.000.000 CZK | Reservation Fee of 250.000 CZK |
2. Deposit for the Purchase Price
The Deposit in the amount of 15% of the Purchase Price after deduction of the Reservation Fee will be settled after signing the Agreement on a Future Purchase.
3. Client changes
The Fee for client changes, that will be calculated as the difference between the selected materials, possible changes and standard design, will be settled along with the Deposit for the Purchase Price after signing the Agreement on a Future Purchase, ie. before starting the finishing works.
4. Additional Payment of the Purchase Price
The Additional Payment in amount of 85% of the Purchase price will be settled within 10 days from the date of receipt of written notice about legal force of the Certificate of occupancy from the Future Dealer.
